Could not be more overjoyed that justice has been served; SM style! Social Media is the new authority in PR and Customer Relations. Perhaps I shall create a SMBBB ~ Social Media Better Business Bureau. That way, the public can read their own reviews before they same mistake as everyone else and get nowhere with their current 'customer service'. ISM... We fix problems.
