Late / Non-Payment Fee:

Integrated Social Media, Inc. dba ISM, Inc. will be accruing a 10% late payment fee to all clients that are either I] late on payment or II] non-payment compounded WEEKLY past non-payment reminder.  (Will be mailed for client records)

After which, reports to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and any and all collection agencies deemed effective by the President of ISM, Inc., will be notified of client non-payment WITHOUT FURTHER WARNING.
